Whether you are visiting Belgrade as a tourist or participating in the first IRONMAN 70.3 Belgrade event in Serbia, which is expected to be one of the fastest races in the 2024 calendar, this city is sure to take your breath away.
The capital of Serbia is the perfect destination for our first race in this part of Europe. Situated at the confluence of Sava and Danube, Belgrade will offer not only fantastic conditions for the participants of the IRONMAN 70.3 race but also insight into its own history that dates back more than 7,000 years.

During the race, one will experience the beauty of Sava Lake, the city's waterfront that merges several centuries of architectural history, including the magnificent Ada Bridge. The race perfectly blends breathtaking history, modern sightseeing, and a fast-paced course.

Participants of the first Serbian IRONMAN 70.3 race will begin their competition swimming a 1900m long course in the clear and calm water of Sava Lake, situated in the heart of Belgrade.
BIKE
Athletes will get a unique opportunity to experience the essence of Belgrade by taking a 90-kilometer-long bike ride divided into two loops through the flat streets of our capital. The course will take the athletes to the outskirts of Belgrade, allowing them to enjoy the mesmerizing landscape the city offers and then bring them back to the city via Sava Lake, Belgrade Fair, and the iconic Ada Bridge. This almost flat cycling route with breathtaking scenery will enable the athletes to achieve a super-fast bike time while also enjoying the stunning views of the Belgrade landscape.
RUN
This outstanding running course invites athletes to follow in the footsteps of history, passing by iconic architectural marvels such as the renowned Belgrade Fair Hall 1. It then winds through the vibrant and contemporary landscapes of the Belgrade Waterfront, revealing the city's modern pulse. Throughout the journey, the course seamlessly connects the gap between the enduring legacy of Belgrade's historical treasures and the liveliness of the Belgrade Fortress, providing a unique blend of the city's rich past and its thriving present.
