Join Catholic Central's own Head Strength and Wellness Coach Chris Rainge as he utilizes our state of the art athletic facility and personally trains your son with high quality sports performance and basic personal fitness and instruction. With programs for everyone... from the novice to the aspiring college athlete, training is an essential part of any club or high school athlete. Athletes will improve agility, strength, power, and utilize proper technique under a watchful eye. Participants will gain knowledge and practice through aerobic conditioning, muscular stability, and skill proficiency. Spaces are limited each week. Option 1: (Mondays) July 8-15-22-29 (8-9 am)
