Description
Come join our special needs gymnastics SNG class, as the instructor provides tools to train your mind, body, and soul through aerobic and anaerobic balance. This class will give you a new outlook on exercising. Please bring a spiral notebook and pencil to take notes and document achievements.
This class is intended for individuals with special needs.
