This class builds upon the beginner and fundamental courses with more advanced techniques, theory and kata training. Respect, character and effort are emphasized. Be prepared for a physically demanding class.
Previous experience at beginner level required.Uniforms and belts for testing can be ordered through the instructor for an additional cost and is optional.
