Description
Our school provides a challenging yet safe environment that will allow each student to experience and understand core values of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu including: focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. We offer Gi and no-gi classes and welcome everyone and anyone who is looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, and improve the overall quality of their lives. *No class 7/4.
