Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served.
For other programs, please contact the Y during regular business hours for further information.
Enjoy fun, low-impact step aerobics using different speeds and choreography on and off the step.
