About this event
Men & Women (Ages 14+) - Beginner - Intermediate Gymnastics will improve performance in other sports, as well as overall fitness and functional strength. This class provides instruction on beginner to intermediate level tumbling, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, handsprings, and flips. This session includes 6 class dates between June 12 - July 31. No classes on 6/19 & 7/3.
